News Elizabeth Cecelia Lee Richmond County Sheriff's Office AUGUSTA, Ga. - The Richmond County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to find a missing woman who may be in Augusta. According to the sheriff's office, twenty-one-year-old Elizabeth Cecelia Lee was last seen at around 11 p.m. July 1 in Monroe, Georgia. Investigators believe she may have been driven to Augusta and dropped off on Cougar Dr. Lee is described as being 5'6" tall and around 175 lbs. She's known to frequent the areas around Plantation Rd.
