The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine purchased billboards critical of Augusta-based Children's Hospital of Georgia's decision to bring Chick-fil-A into the hospital's cafeteria in May, according to a report in The Augusta Chronicle . The three billboards located around Augusta include an image of a girl in a hospital bed with the message: "Children's Hospital: Can a Greasy Fast Food Meal Help Her Heal?" The group, which claims to have 17,000 physician members and promotes preventative medicine as well as vegetarian diets.
