Update: 12/5/17 I had great customer service when I purchased my bed and dresser. However delivery and service after the fact is lacking. I was told my items would be delivered by noon. Noon became 3 and 3 became 7. No one called to advise this, I had to call on my own. The dresser arrived with scratches. I was then told I would have to call and speak with someone. Called and made an appointment for the first appointment on the next available day they had (12/1/17). Appointment was moved to 2:45 w/o my knowledge. I had to call again to confirm when they would arrive. Had to speak with a manager to have the tech to my house before 12. I have yet to get a call back about scheduling a return appointment. No one should have to wait for service all day when you were expecting someone at a specific time. If purchasing here, be aware that service to your items may be delayed and appointment times are not set in stone. Shopped at the Outlet today and had a great experience with Mr. Walker Penland. He was so nice and patient as I shopped. Purchased a King size bed and dresser at a great deal. Will definitely shop here again for my next purchase.
