Worst buying experience I ever encountered! I ordered my bed for my wife on 2-14-15 it is now 4-7-15 and after several mishaps and miscommunication between this store and delivery dept. still no bed or refund. I was told by their store manager it would take no more than 2 weeks to deliver and setup. After a month and several phone calls I became discouraged and cancelled my order. I was told I would have a full credit within 7 days!!! Here it is almost 2 months after and still no money returned and no bed! I call everyday to their location at the mall and Lauren doesn't take my calls anymore and nobody else says they can help. They keep telling me she will call back and she doesn't! Please don't make the same mistake I did and think because it's a big company they are credible! Theyre most certainly not!!!! After reading other reviews I see that not only their product is a scam but their business tactics are as well...
