I went in on 4-21-13 at around 2:50p.m.. I was making a order of 5 footlongs and a salad. The woman that was working Trilona, was very rude and nasty towards me and my fiance'. She stopped making my subs and started making the customer behind me order. And then she started making the customer behind the customer behind me food. We was waiting like 15mins and I asked her when will she be finished wit our order, we have some where to be. She got real rude and nasty with me. And she rufused to give me her supervisor/manager name and number. So I left. I was very disguisted and dissatified with her service. My whole family and I have been going there for years but this person have turned us away. I will never buy anything from this place again.. She made the entire business look bad. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
