Miramar Police want to question a South Carolina woman about her possible involvement in a hit-and-run crash that left 35-year-old Silvio Jose Ortega Martinez lying dead in the road early Sunday morning.Janae Shaniece Lewis, 28, of North Augusta, S.C., is the registered owner of the white Chevy Malibu that struck Ortega Martinez as he was crossing Pembroke Road, according to police.Lewis was seen on surveillance video at a residential building getting out of the car, which appeared to have a shattered windshield and damage to the front driver's side, police said.
